Newsletter - March 2002
Message from the President:
Dear Fellow Rotarians,
We have two very big months ahead. First, we have the Easter Egg Hunt at the end of March. This is our annual fund raiser that involves participation of the community. I encourage everyone to volunteer and participate, and let’s put forth our best effort to show the community the magnitude of Rotary.
Second, April will be very busy. We begin April with the arrival of the Group Study Exchange from Argentina on Thursday, April 4th. As we’ve done in the past, we will have our Annual Banquet that night at Musgrove Country Club. The GSE team will be with us from Thursday thru Monday so if you can host or help please let me know. April then ends with the District Conference. This is a wonderful opportunity to find out about Rotary in the Northern half of Alabama. I will be speaking with many of you personally about attending. Let’s have a great two months.
Yours in Service
Chad Adams
